01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between yk99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service, product, or feature available at yk99.io, including but not limited to sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer games, slots, and account management functions.

By completing the registration process and creating an account on the yk99 platform, or by accessing the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you fully understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them without reservation. These Terms apply to all users regardless of the device, browser, or network used to access the platform.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall govern in the event of any dispute or ambiguity. These Terms are intended for adults aged 21 and above located in Bangladesh.

02 Eligibility and Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the yk99 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will for the purpose of personal entertainment;
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other individual;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the yk99 platform or any affiliated platform;
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by yk99 for breach of these Terms;
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.

Age Verification and KYC

yk99 collects your date of birth at the time of registration. Identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) is mandatory before the first withdrawal on every account. The KYC process requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and, where requested, proof of address. yk99 reserves the right to request these documents at any time, not only at the point of first withdrawal.

If yk99 determines or reasonably suspects that a registered user is under the age of 21, yk99 will immediately suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation. Any winnings generated during the period of suspected underage use shall be void and forfeited. The matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

03 Account Registration and Security

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the yk99 platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.

Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid contact mobile number or email address registered in Bangladesh. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. yk99 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. yk99 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any support channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify yk99 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

yk99 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from their account settings. yk99 shall not be held liable for losses or damages arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your yk99 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. yk99 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

yk99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. All transactions on the yk99 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). yk99 does not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or any payment method other than those listed above.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your yk99 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. yk99 does not charge any fees for processing deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which yk99 accepts no responsibility.

All funds deposited into your yk99 account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account is registered to a name other than that on your yk99 account — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds where technically possible.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours, subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals submitted outside BST business hours will be processed on the next available business day. yk99 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider's standard charges may apply.

yk99 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems high-value or otherwise requiring additional verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal being delayed or the account being suspended pending investigation.

Currency and Exchange

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the yk99 platform are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). yk99 does not offer multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is applied to player funds.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Conditions

yk99 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. The specific terms of each promotion — including the bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings — will be stated on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all yk99 bonuses:

• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time;
• Bonuses are available to players with verified accounts only;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements;
• yk99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, yk99's decision is final;
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, placing opposing bets, or exploiting system errors — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in permanent account suspension.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the total amount of real-money or bonus-money wagers that must be placed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or to the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified per promotion. Bets placed on certain games or markets may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements; the contribution rates for each game category will be displayed in the relevant promotion terms.

Expiry of Bonuses

All bonuses and associated winnings that have not been used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without compensation. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

06 Betting and Casino Rules

Sports Betting

All bets placed on the yk99 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet slip reference number issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. yk99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where incorrect odds were displayed as a result of a manifest error, system error, or data feed malfunction.

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. yk99 is not responsible for delays in live data that may result in bets being accepted at stale odds; in such cases, yk99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the stake to the player's account.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, league, event, and market type. Current bet limits for individual markets are displayed on the relevant market page at the time of betting.

Casino and Live Dealer Games

All casino games on the yk99 platform are provided by third-party certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Nolimit City, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. The rules of each individual game are governed by the relevant game studio's published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. yk99 does not alter the rules, payout tables, or RNG mechanics of any certified game.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a casino game session, the game round will be treated as void and any stake placed during the affected round will be returned to the player's balance. Winnings generated during a provably malfunctioning game round are void and will not be paid.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all sports betting markets and casino games. 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the yk99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another individual, or using fraudulent payment methods;
• Money Laundering: Using the yk99 platform to launder, conceal, or disguise the origin of funds obtained through illegal activity;
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account per individual, household, device, or IP address;
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through multi-accounting, collusion, or any method not consistent with genuine recreational play;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players;
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets solely to exploit pricing discrepancies between markets in a manner that guarantees a risk-free profit irrespective of the outcome;
• Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting or gaming system not approved in advance by yk99;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback on any deposit made to a yk99 account;
• Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the yk99 platform by any individual under the age of 21.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the yk99 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any yk99 content for commercial purposes;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform or its software;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice displayed on the platform;

Any unauthorised use of yk99's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to a claim for damages. The yk99 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary to yk99 and may not be used without prior written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yk99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the yk99 platform or any service, content, or functionality available on it.

Without limiting the foregoing, yk99 is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate password security;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services, including during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance;
• Any delay in deposit credits or withdrawal processing caused by your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or any third-party payment infrastructure;
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game outcomes, or market data caused by third-party data feed errors, where such bets or game rounds are subsequently voided and stakes returned;

12 Amendments and Termination

Amendments

yk99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, yk99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

Termination by yk99

yk99 may suspend or permanently terminate your account and your access to the platform at any time and without prior notice if yk99 reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct, or if continued operation of your account presents a financial, reputational, or legal risk to yk99. Upon termination for cause, all bonus balances are forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding liabilities, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

Governing Principles

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of fairness, consumer protection, and the reasonable expectations of adult recreational gambling users in Bangladesh.
